Passed peacefully, October 11, 2017 at age 90 years. Predeceased by her husband Albert; son Leo and infant son Albert Jr; foster son Donnie Ryan; parents Denis and Mary Anne; sisters Jose (Pat), Ann (Brendan); brothers, Allan (Irene), Wilson (Ita). Left with heavy hearts and precious memories daughters Bertha Hartery (Bill), Shirley Dean (Aloysuis), Ann Bennett (Kevin), Donna Pike (Billy), Valerie Kielly (Brian); son Garry (Tina), daughter-in-law Marlie; grandchildren Clint, Lynn, Leona, Christine, Billy, Boyde, Brent, Devon, Barry, Trina, Lori, Leon, Stacey and Kyle their families; 26 great-grandchildren and other relatives and friends, especially those at the McGarry Complex; her homecare worker Annie and special friend Tom Corcoran. Visitation at Fahey's Funeral Home, Trepassey. On Friday, October 13, 2017 from 5-9 pm, Saturday, October 14, 2017 and Sunday, October 15, 2017 from 2-5 and 7-9 pm and Monday, October 16, 2017 from 10 am - 12 noon. Funeral Mass at Holy Redeemer Church, Trepassey at 1 pm. Interment at Holy Rosary Cemetery, Portugal Cove South.
