CALLENDAR, KENNETH - (1926- 2011) - ALDOUANE, NB - It is with great sadness the family announces the peaceful passing of Kenneth Callendar, 84 of Aldouane, NB. Born in Callendar Beach, NB, he was the son of the late Duncan and the late Christina (MacRae) Callendar. He was fisherman and was a member of the Mason’s for 60 years. Kenneth will be sadly missed by his wife of 43 years; Carmella (Babin) Callendar, his two daughters; Annie Callendar (Bruce Fagan) of Huntington Beach, CA., Mary Callendar (Luis Reyna) of Monterrey, Mexico, one son; James Callendar of Riverview and four grandchildren; Lauren, Jordan, Mateo and Angelina, also several nieces, nephews and friends. Kenneth was predeceased by one brother; Douglas Callendar, and one sister; Eva Stewart.
Resting at Thompson’s Funeral Home, Richibucto with visitation on Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM and Tuesday from 12:00 until time of funeral. A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, April 26th, 2011 at 2:00 PM at St. James United Church Kouchibouguac. In Lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or to a charity of choice would be appreciated by the family.
