June 5, 1942 - Aug. 7, 2009 — Passed peacefully away in the presence of her loving family on Friday, Aug. 7, 2009 at HSC aged 67 years of Long Harbour, Placentia Bay, N.L. Predeceased by husband Dermot (2008), father Martin (2002), sister Lucy (2005). Leaving with fond and loving memories daughters Paula (Ches), St. John’s; Melinda (Lee), Long Cove; sons Dom, Long Harbour; Derm (Melissa), Fort Francis, Ont.; six grandchildren, one great-grandchild; mother Catherine; sisters Shirley, Sandra (George), Joyce (Neil); brothers Jim (Marg), Bern (Veronica) Junior (Mary Ellen), Gerald, Terry, Barry (Janet), Richard (Mary), Glen (Kim). Also a large circle of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Resting at St. Jerome’s Church, Long Harbour. Visitation on Saturday and Sunday at 12-4 p.m. and 6-9 p.m. Funeral Mass on Monday, Aug. 10 at 11 a.m. Interment to follow at St. Francis Xavier Cemetery, Long harbour. Flowers gratefully accepted.
