Gordon J. Harrington, 70, of Carbonear, NL, formerly of Labrador City, passed peacefully away March 27, 2011 at the Palliative Care Unit, St. John's, NL. Survived by his wife Margaret; daughter Sheila (David) Henderson and their children Ian, Claire, Brian and Stella of Truro, NS; sons Michael of Labrador City, and Rodney (Apryl) and their son Elliott of St. John's. Funeral and burial were held March 30, 2011 at St. Patrick's Catholic Church and Cemetery in Carbonear, NL. Donations in his memory can be made to the SPCA, Labrador City.
