With heavy hearts and great sorrow the family of the late Lawrence (Larry) Dunphy announce his passing surrounded by his loving family at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital on November 30, 2017 at the age of 79 years. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife of 57 years, Patricia (nee Yetman); his children: Joanne, Larry (Wendy), Michele (Kelvin); his grandchildren Ryan, Annie, Riley, Kamryn and Madison; his siblings George Dunphy (Ruby), Patricia Cormier, Anita Krick, Sandy Janes (Hank); in-laws: Terri Dunphy, Thelma Dunphy; also a large circle of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents Mom and Dad Dunphy, mother and father-in-law Mike and Mary Yetman, brothers Jack, Terry, Don and Bud, sisters-in-law Marcheta, Shirley and Mabel; brothers-in-law Harold and Dan; nieces Robin and Carolyn; and special granddaughter Kelsie. Friends may visit Country Haven Funeral Home, 167 Country Road on Saturday, December 2, 2017 at 7-9 pm and Sunday, December 3, 2017 at 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral service will take place on Monday, December 4, 2017 at 10:30 am at the Most Holy Redeemer Roman Catholic Parish on Mount Bernard Avenue with Father Terry officiating. Granting his wishes, cremation will follow and interment will take place at a later date.
