Born in Brooklyn, New York; raised in Chapel's Cove, NL. Passed peacefully away in the presence of her loving family at St. Clare's Mercy Hospital on Thursday, November 30, 2017, Marion Myers of Chapel's Cove, aged 87 years. Predeceased by her son Bernard Vincent Myers, parents: Cecilia (Duggan) and Bernard Hawco, sister Katheen Hawco, infant brother John Hawco, son-in-law Gary Corbett, and special cousin William Duggan. Left with fond and loving memories are her husband of 63 years, Vincent, children: Rose Marie (Pat Veitch), Tony (Mary Hannon), Cecilia Corbett, Gary (Janice Daley), Vincent (Betty Healey), Bob (Sherry Squires), Linus (Jodi Butler), daughter-in-law Linda Flynn Myers, 12 grandchildren, one great-grandson, nieces, nephews, cousins and a large circle of extended family and friends. Resting at Dunphy's Funeral Home, Holyrood. Visitation on Saturday, December 2, 2017 and Sunday, December 3, 2017 from 2 pm - 9 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will take place from Sts. Peter & Paul Church, Harbour Main at 10:30 am on Monday, December 4, 2017. Interment will be at Sts. Peter & Paul Cemetery, Chapel's Cove. Flowers gratefully accepted.
