Mary ‘Diane’ MacPherson-Therrien of Derry, New Hampshire, USA, passed away suddenly on August 8, 2009 as the result of a motor vehicle accident in Colchester County, NS.
Born on July 13, 1993 in Derry, New Hampshire, Diane was the daughter of Mary Christine ‘Chrissy’ and Michael MacPherson-Therrien.
Besides her parents ‘Di’ is survived by her half-sister, Jennifer; uncle, Donald J. MacPherson; maternal grandparents, Donald A. MacPherson (formerly of Black Stone) and Diane (Tompkins) MacPherson, South West Margaree; paternal grandmother, Anne Therrien, New Hampshire.
Diane was predeceased by her paternal grandfather, Allan Therrien in 1993.
Visitation took place yesterday (August 11, 2009) at Immaculate Conception Church in West Lake Ainslie from 5 to 9 p.m.
Funeral service and burial will be held in Derry, New Hampshire, at a later date.
Donations in Di’s memory may be made a charity of choice.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the care and direction of the Sunset Funeral Co-operative Ltd., Margaree Valley.
