(1926-2008). Passed peacefully away on September 20, 2008, in Calgary, Alberta. Pat is survived by his wife Vonnie; son Pat Jr. (Cynthia Layden-Barron); daughters: Mary (Mick McGowan), Vonnie (Alfredo Canals), Margaret; grandchildren: Tonya Barron, Matthew, Samuel and Rebecca McGowan and siblings: Lawrence, Jim and Theresa. Pat was predeceased by his parents Michael and Mary and siblings: Steve, Richard, John, Mary, Nora, Sr. Margaret and Emma. A Memorial Mass will be held at Holy Cross Church, Holyrood, NL on Friday, August 14, 2009 at 1 p.m. Interment to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, Holyrood.
