Passed away after a lengthy and courageous battle with cancer, Margaret Helen Hollett, age 92 years of Mt. Pearl, originally from the Goulds, NL. She is predeceased by her husband Jack, son Bernard, granddaughter Nicole and daughter-in-law Cathy. Also one sister Clara Bolger, Goulds, brothers: Andrew, Tom and William of Goulds and Gordon of Ontario. Leaving to mourn daughters: Carol Ann Gosse, with whom she resided and husband Barry of Beaumont, AB, Catherine Saunders and husband John of Mt. Pearl, NL; sons: Steve and wife Joanne of Shea Heights, Danny and Dianne of St. John’s, NL; sixteen grandchildren: Stephen, Glen, John and Chris Hollett all of Ontario, Renee Power and Cheryl Chafe of Beaumont, AB, Jackie Groves of Mt. Pearl, NL and Jonathan Kane of Fort McMurray, AB, Christopher Hollett of St. John’s, NL, Danny Hollett of Alberta, Bernie Hollett of St. John’s, NL and Renee Miller of St. John’s, NL, Michael Gosse of Paradise, NL, Randy Gosse of Beaumont, AB and Corinna Hobbs of St. John’s, NL; nineteen great-grandchildren; special friends: Clara Howlett of Goulds and Bride Morissey of St. John’s. Resting at Barrett’s Funeral Home 328, Hamilton Avenue on Monday, December 11th from 2-9 pm. Funeral service will be held at Barrett’s Chapel on Tuesday, December 12th at 1 pm, with interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
