It is with heartfelt regret that we announce that Dorothy Rayburn (nee Hughes) passed away in White Rock, B.C., on April 28, 2011.
Her daughter Catherine and son-in-law Bryon were by her side as she went to the arms of her husband Dudley; sisters Emily Catherine, Aileen Marie, Kathleen Frances, Laura Cecila; and her brother Philip Joseph.
Dorothy is survived by her son Peter, wife Debra, grandchildren, Tareen (Dave) and Andrea and blessed great-grandchildren Ayden and Payton. Also by her daughter Catherine, husband Bryon, grandson Brett (Michelle) and a loving extended family.
As per Dorothy’s wishes Catherine and her husband will bring Dorothy home to be buried with her family in Corran Ban, P.E.I., in the summer of 2011 (date to be determined). An announcement will be published prior to the interment.
