Passed peacefully away at the palliative care unit in the Dr. L.A. Miller Centre on Saturday, December 16, 2017, beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend, Annie Jean Goodyear, age 89 years. Predeceased by her husband: Edward (Ned); parents: Arthur and Mahala; brothers: Frank, Ed, and Harry; sisters: Mabel, Gwen, and Pearl and son-in-law: Grant. Leaving to mourn her son: Ernest (Roz); daughters: Gloria (John), Christine, Brenda (Charles), and Pauline (Barry); 9 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; special friend and caregiver Elizabeth (Liz); sisters: Sylvia (Fred), Phyllis (John), and Rita; brothers: Carl (Gladys), & Robin; sister-in-law: Lydia. Resting at Barrett`s Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Avenue with visitation on Monday, December 18, 2017 from 2pm-4pm and 7pm-9pm, Tuesday, December 19 from 2pm-4pm and 7pm-9pm and Wednesday, December 20 from 12:30pm – 1:30pm at the Holy Trinity Anglican Church, Whitbourne. Funeral service to follow at 2 pm. Interment to follow funeral service at the Anglican Cemetery, Whitbourne.
