Passed peacefully away in the presence of his loving family at the Carbonear General Hospital on Wednesday, August 12, 2009, Wilbert Harris of Carbonear, age 74 years. Leaving to mourn wife of 52 years, Mary (Vaters); three daughters: Judy (Terry) Fahey and Sherry (Wayne) Mercer, both of Carbonear, Annette (Bill) Sheppard, Victoria; three sons: Barry (Debbie), Eastern Passage, NS, Randy (Diane) and Shawn (Shirley), both of Carbonear; grandchildren: Jason, Stephen (Michelle), Deanne, Bradley, Terrilynn, Stacey, Rebecca, Matthew, Stephanie and Kristen; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel’s Funeral Home, Water Street, Carbonear. Funeral service to take place on Saturday, August 15 at 2 p.m. from St. James Anglican Church, Carbonear. Interment in the Interfaith Cemetery, Carbonear.
