Passed peacefully away on May 1, 2011 at St. Patrick’s Mercy Home, Phyllis Crane, aged 91 years. Predeceased by her husband Gordon (1979) and son Neil (1967). Leaving to mourn daughters: Rosalind (Richard Griffiths) and Lorna Hobbs; also leaving to mourn her brother Neil Cofield (Doris), Victoria, B.C.; five grandchildren: Mark (Kim), Randy, David, Rachel and Jessica; three great-grandchildren: Faith, Marcus and Owen; special niece, Sandra Stavlo and special friend Helen Mitchell, as well as a circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Resting at Carnell’s Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road on Thursday, May 5, 2011 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service to take place from the Anglican Cathedral on Friday, May 6, 2011 at 2 p.m. with interment to follow at the Anglican Cemetery, Forest Road.
