GORDON, Maxwell–Passed peacefully away at Dr. G.B. Cross Memorial Hospital, Clarenville on Tuesday, November 4, 2008, Maxwell Gordon of Harcourt, aged 72 years. Predeceased by step-sister Myrtle Wall and brother-in-law Morley Stone. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife Yvonne of 48 years; daughter Carol (Rex Decker), Clarenville; grandsons Grant and Andrew; brothers Pierce Andrews (Shirley) and George Andrews (Ella), both of LaScie; special niece Joan Ellsworth, Grand Falls-Windsor; sisters-in-law: Cavelle Goodyear, Shoal Harbour, Ann Stanley, Clarenville and Una Stone, Monroe and a large circle of family and friends. Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Friday, November 7, 2008 at Fewer’s Funeral Home, Clarenville.
