Passed peacefully away at St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital, May 10, 2011, Catherine O’Toole of Conception Harbour, age 88 years. Predeceased by her husband Timothy O’Toole; parents Ellen and Timothy Mahoney; infant son Vincent and sisters: Carmel and Joan. Left with fond memories are her children: Theresa and Vick Whelan, with whom she resided, Helen McGrath (Patrick), Catherine Cole (Joe), Shirley Whelan (Cyril), Timothy O’Toole (Ellie) and John O’Toole (Patsy). Also leaving to mourn twenty-two grandchildren and twenty-eight great-grandchildren; her two sisters: Agatha Kavanagh and Elizabeth Mahoney and a large circle of relatives and friends. Resting at Conway’s Funeral Home, Conception Harbour. Visitation Wednesday, 2 p.m. - 9 p.m., Thursday 10 a.m. - 9 p.m. and Friday 10 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. Mass of Christian burial Friday at 2 p.m. at St. Anne’s Church, Conception Harbour. Interment to follow at St. Anne’s Cemetery.
