HAMILTON, Marion Leola-age 100, of Noel Shore, passed away peacefully on January 23, 2018 in the Colchester East Hants Health Centre, Truro.

Born in Noel Shore, Hants County, she was one of twelve children of the late Osmond and Ruth (Scott) Hill.

She was a very devoted wife and mother. She and Louis were married for 79 years; a marriage made in heaven.

She is survived by her husband, Louis; children, Joyce, Murray Siding; Arnold (Brenda), Crowes Mills; Rudy (Alexandra), Truro; grandchildren, Troy, Tracey, Stefan and Joy; great grandchildren, Breanna, Nikolis, Scotty and Victoria; sister, Olive Terris, Pictou; sister in-law, Marina Hamilton, Noel Shore; brother in-law, Oland Hamilton, Noel Shore; several nieces and nephews.

Arrangements are under the care and direction of Ettinger Funeral Home, Shubenacadie. There will be no visitation or funeral service by request. Interment will be held at a later date in Noel Shore Cemetery.

The family wishes to express deep thanks and gratitude to all the VON Homecare workers for their wonderful help and support over the past 8 years, also special thanks to the nursing staff at E3 Palliative Care. May God bless you all.
