On Wednesday, January 24, 2018, after 65 years, a well played hand of cards was folded by John Joseph Lynch, as his faith took him home.

Born on August 14, 1952, John has always been regarded as a gentleman. With his dry humour, teasing his wife and children, telling stories or singing and whistling in the yard, John always put his family first. John also created many memories with his colleagues at Michelin, where he worked for over 38 years. John was always at his happiest surrounded by his family and friends playing cards, wood working, listening to country music, traveling with his wife and shooting billiards.

John will be greatly missed by his wife of 41 years, Heather (Jewers), residing in Loch Broom; his children, Rodney (Lisa), BC, Brandon (Jenny), Fredericton, Tammy Storm (Derik), Calgary; three beautiful grandchildren, Siena, Bodhi, and Emmy; and his sister Dawn Forman.

His family will receive visitors at Eagles Funeral Home, Westville from 2-5 p.m. Sunday. A Celebration of Life will be held 11 a.m. Monday from the Church of the Nazarene in Trenton with Leon Teal officiating. Reception will follow. No flowers please.
