The death occurred at his home at Tyne Valley on Saturday January 27, 2018, of Douglas Ross Leard, formerly of Huntley, age 57 years. Born at Alberton on October 1, 1960, he was the son of the late Lorne Emerson and Audrey Elizabeth (nee Brennan) Leard. He is survived by his sisters, Lorraine (Blair) Warren and Judy Leard, both of Summerside. He is also survived by a brother-in-law, Bernard Luttrell, of Huntsville, Ontario, as well as several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, and by a sister, Lois Luttrell. Resting at the Rooney Funeral Home & Chapel, Alberton. No visiting Hours or public funeral. If so desired, memorials donations to the P.E.I.
