Suddenly at his home on Wednesday, May 11, 2011, of Mr. Mike Dunn of Charlottetown, age 48 years.
Beloved husband and best friend of his wife Doris (nee Myers), and loving father of Keshia, Michael Jr. and Natasha. Dear brother of Sherry (Larry) Runighan and their son Taylor. He was the son of the late John "Johnny Boy" and Shirley (Flynn) Dunn and son-in-law of Gordon and Marion Myers. Brother-in-law of Leo (Brenda) Myers, Brendon (Cathy) Myers, Nancy (Joe) Leslie, Louis (Joann) Myers, Gary (Darlene) Myers, Bobby (Angie) Myers, Norma (Brock) Vickerson, and Ronnie (Patti) Myers. He is also lovingly remembered by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
Resting at the Hennessey Funeral Home until 9:45 on Monday morning, then transferred to St. Dunstan’s Basilica for funeral mass at 10 a.m. Interment will follow in the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Charlottetown.
Visiting hours will be held on Sunday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Kidsport P.E.I., the Oncology Department of the Queen Elizabeth Hospital or the Canadian Diabetes Association.
