At the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Thursday, May 12, 2011 of Evelyn Marguerite “Marg” Gairns (nee Dauphinee) of Charlottetown, age 86 years.
Dear mother of Barbara Taweel (Paul), David (Suzette), Jim (Rosemary), Wayne (Anne), Ken (Iris), Susan Connors (Terry), Brian (Susan), and Dianne Maund (Jim). Lovingly remembered by her twenty-three grandchildren and great-grandchildren and by her special daughters-in-law Marlene and Janet. Sister-in-law of Shirley Dauphinee and Velma Dauphinee.
Predeceased by her parents Thomas and Evelyn (Seamone) Dauphinee, by her son John, by her brothers Boyd and Edgar and by her stepfather Basil Corkum.
Resting at Belvedere Funeral Home for visitation Saturday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Sunday from Park Royal United Church at 2 p.m. Interment in Lakeview Cemetery, Chester Basin, N.S., on Monday at 2 p.m.
