Passed peacefully away on Wednesday, February 14, 2018 at Western Memorial Regional Hospital in Corner Brook, NL, Clarice Vivian Barrett at the age of 97 years. She was predeceased by her husband Benjamin, son Benjamin Jr: daughters Gracie and Robin; daughter-in-law Linda. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her children: daughter-in-law Doreen; Hilda (Derek), Max, son-in-law John, William (Barbara), grandchildren: Steve (Kim), Jim (Tina), Susan (Rob), Rodney (Lisa), Nancy (Derek), Deana, Cheryl (Tommy), Karen (Ken), Jeff (Susan), Rhonda, Rachael, Jennifer (Matt), Jason (Tanya), Andrew, Lana (Paul), Kara (Steve); 34 great-grandchildren and 13 great-great-grandchildren. Visitation will take place at Fillatre’s Funeral Home 4 St. Mark’s Avenue on Sunday, February 18th from the hours of 2-4 & 7-9 pm. A Service of Celebration will be held on Monday, February 19th at 2:00 pm from the Salvation Army Temple, O’Connell Drive with Majors Cory and Pamela Pinksen officiating. Interment will take place at a later date in the Salvation Army Cemetery, Blaketown, NL.
