It is with great sadness that the family of the late MICHAEL B. DOBER of Marystown announces his passing at the Burin Peninsula Health Care Centre in Burin on Monday, February 5th, 2018, at the age of 87. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are wife Marie of 50 years; son, Dean Dober of Marystown; daughter, Michelle of Marystown; sister, Susanna Ducey of Marystown; sister-in-law, Theresa Dober of Happy Valley Goosebay; brothers, Howard (Kathleen) Dober of Marystown, and Arch (Lillian) Dober of Marystown; plus a large circle of extended family and friends. Michael was predeceased by his parents, Richard (Laura) Dober; brothers, Richard, Walter, John, Dermot & William Dober; and sisters, Jennie Bland, Mary Dober, and Theresa Dober.
Mass of Christian Burial took place at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church in Marystown on Thursday, February 8th, 2018, at 10:30 am. Interment followed at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Cemetery in Marystown.
In Michael’s memory, donations may be made to a charity of one’s choice or flowers gratefully accepted.
