LANE, DOROTHY - 1931 - 2011 - Dorothy Lane, passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 14th, 2011 at The Moncton Hospital. Born in Moncton, NB, she was the daughter of the late Percy and Catherine DeBow. Dorothy is survived by her daughter Kathy Douthwright (Dennis), Riverview, NB, son John (Jack) Lane (Julie) Geary, NB, sister Katherine Munro, Elgin, NB and several cherished nieces, nephews and grandchilden. She was predeceased by her husband Garnet (Jack) Lane in 2002 which left a large void in her life. Also predeceased by her brother Darrell DeBow.
Visitation will be held at Fair Haven Haven Funeral Home tonight from 7 to 9 pm. The funeral service will be held at Fair Haven Funeral Home on, Wednesday, May 18th, at 2:00 pm with a reception to follow. Donations in Dorothy's memory may be made to the SPCA as she had a great love for all animals. Interment in Fair Haven Memorial Gardens.
