Beloved husband of the late Christena (MacMaster). Devoted father of John G. and his wife Donna of Hanson, MA, Gary and his fiance Karen (Ariale) of Waltham, MA, Gail Keith and her husband Arthur of Holbrook, MA, and the late Joanne of New Waterford. Cherished brother of Martha (and her husband, the late Alexander) Gillis of New Waterford. Brother-in-law of Bernadette (and her husband, the late William) Currie of Scarborough, ON. Brother of the late Margaret (and her husband, Russell) Boutilier of British Columbia, Mary (and her husband, Robert) Murray of New Waterford, and Duncan (and his wife, Loretta) of British Columbia. Loving ‘Poppa’ of Melissa, Melanie, Shannon, and Christina. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Funeral from the Carroll-Thomas Funeral Home, 22 Oak St., Hyde Park, Saturday morning at 10 a.m., followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at Most Precious Blood Church, Hyde Park at 11a.m. Relatives and friends invited. Visiting hours Friday evening 4-8 p.m. Children’s room available.
