Pender, Heather Ann, 33, of Bible Hill and formerly of Oromocto, NB, passed away Sunday, May 15, 2011. Born in New Glasgow, she was a daughter of Ian Pender, Bible Hill and Diana (Doyle) Pender, Bible Hill. She was a graduate from C.E.C. Truro, and Scotia Career Academy, Lower Sackville, NS. She was an Administrative Assistant most recently employed with Eldis Truro. Her son Cameron was the love of her life. She loved music, camping and was well known for her quick wit and her very special laugh of which all who knew her enjoyed very much. Besides her parents she is survived by her son, Cameron, at home; sister, Tricia Livingston (Mike), Fredericton, NB; brother, David (Kelli), Quispamsis, NB; maternal grandmother, Mildred Doyle, Bible Hill; nephews, Cole and Ben; nieces, Brooke and Kate; many aunts, uncles and cousins. Visitation will be held 7-9pm today, May 18, and funeral service 11am Thursday, May 19, all in the Mattatall ~ Varner Funeral Home, 55 Young Street Truro, Mrs. Kenda MacLellan officiating, with interment to be held in the Bible Hill Cemetery, Bible Hill. In lieu of flowers memorial gifts may be made to the Truro Boys and Girls Club, the IWK Health Science Centre, or to a charity of your choice.
