Passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family, at the Palliative Care Unit of the L.A. Miller Centre, after a short illness on Monday, May 16, 2011, aged 65 years. Predeceased by his parents, Katherine and Jim and his brother Donald. Left to mourn are his wife and best friend Harriet (nee Kelly); beloved children: son Edward (Terilynn) and Rosemarie (Ian Snow); the lights of his life grandsons: Quinn and Gabriel; granddaughter Gwenyth (GG); brothers: Tom (Jennifer) and Bob (Barbara); sisters: Marian (Gary Manning) and Annette (Bob Conway); nephews: Brian, Shawn and James; nieces: Charlotte, Erin, Kathy, Susan and Kim; special uncle and aunt Mike and Emma; sister-in-law Teresa (Bob), Mary (Edmund - deceased), Belle (Bill - deceased); brothers-in-law: Tony (Lucy), Ron (Nora), and special friends: Don and BethAnn Coaker, together with a large circle of relatives and friends. He will be sorely missed by all who knew him. Visitation will take place at Caul’s Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road, on Wednesday, May 18th and Thursday, May 19th, from 2 p.m. - 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. - 9 p.m. Funeral Mass on Friday, May 20th at 9:30 a.m. from Corpus Christi Church, Waterford Bridge Road. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Flowers gratefully accepted or donations in his memory may be made to the Palliative Care Unit, L.A. Miller Centre.
