Mary Camilia Gillam
April 14, 1923 – May 12, 2011

It is with great sadness that the family of the late Mary C Gillam announces her passing on Thursday, May 12, at Dr. Charles L. Legrow Health Center at the age of 88 years. Mary was the daughter of the late Reuben and Blanche Tibbs. She was also predeceased by her husband Roy in 1998, mother and father in law Wilfred (Cedella) Gillam. brother Malcom, sister Ruby (Jim) Reid. In laws; Leona (Reg) Lawrence, Georgina (Reg) Ford, Florence (Albert) Sheaves, Emanuel (Julie) Gillam, Wilfred (Patricia) Gillam, Jean (Marion) Samelko. She leaves to mourn with many fond and loving memories sister Blanche Skiffington; sister-in-law Sheila (Grant) Lundrigan; nieces and nephews; Bette (Junior) Bragg, Lorna (Ben) Savory, Sharyn (Darryl) Ulrich, Paul Gillam, David (Jocelyn) Gillam, Derek (Paula) Gillam, Ruby (Harvey Francis), Albert Gillam (Annie White), and a large circle of friends. Visitation took place on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at East Haven Funeral Home. Funeral services took place on Saturday May 14, 11 AM at St. James Anglican Church Channel officiated by Rev. Hannah Dicks. Interment followed at St. James Anglican Cemetery, Barachois Hill.
