Peacefully, surrounded by her family at the Provincial Palliative Care Centre on Thursday, April 5, 2018 of Debbie Allen of Charlottetown, age 60 years. Loving mother of Nora Allen, Ryan (Hannah) Allen, Christian Allen and Marshall Allen. She is also survived by grandchildren, Alecia, Ty and Luna; brothers and sister, Grant Ellis, Robert (Lynn) Mullins, David (Marsha) Mullins, Michael Mullins, Paul Mullins, Mitch Mullins, Gail Carnevale (Pat) and Jason (Robyn) Pineau; special aunt of Joey, Jenn and Stacy; her beloved cat, Chloe. She was predeceased by her mother Velma Allen-Mullins and sister, Angel Pineau. Resting at the Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral Home where the funeral service will be held on Wednesday in the funeral home chapel at 2 p.m. Interment later.
