GALLAGHER, CARTER EUGENE - The passing of Carter Eugene Gallagher of Kingsley, NB, husband of Rebecca “Becky” Gallagher occurred on Monday, May 16, 2011 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born on January 2, 1977 in Fredericton, NB, he was the son of Rose Paul and Roy Carter Gallagher. He worked in fisheries for the St. Mary’s Reserve. Carter enjoyed the outdoors, hunting, fishing and loved being with his friends and family. In addition to his parents and wife, Carter is survived by his children, Andrew Milfred, Jordan Rebecca and Natasha Natalie all at home; sisters, Shyann Lyons (James Long), Bridgette Morton (Joey), Loretta Gallagher (Nick Paul), Madeline Gallagher (Vaughn Fields) and Star Ratko; brothers, Roy Gallagher (Deanna Nason), Jason Gallagher (Catherine Brooks) and Roger Leblanc; grandmother, Edith Gallagher; grandfather, Ronald Paul; several nieces, nephews, tons of friends and family; other family, Wally Brooks (Michelle), John (Lois) Brown, Pat (Irene) Collins and various siblings from each. He was predeceased by his grandfather, Milfred Gallagher.
