Passed peacefully away at L.A. Miller Centre on Monday, April 16, 2018, after a brief battle with cancer, at age 68. Predeceased by his parents Eleanor & George Raynes; and sister Sandy (Healey). Remember with love his spouse of 28 years, Joyce Simms; sons; Jonathan of Edmonton, and Garrett (Avril) of Vancouver and grandson Gavin; sister Patricia Janes (Bob); brother Paul (Anne Marie); brother-in-law Eric; special nieces and nephews and his furry friend Mia. He will be greatly missed by his friends especially his Friday lunch buddies from ADT and TYCO. Cremation has taken place. Visitation to be at Barrett’s Funeral Home, 73 Commonwealth Avenue, Mount Pearl, on Wednesday, April 18th, from 2:00pm-5:00pm and 7:00pm-9:00pm. Funeral service to take place at St. Peter’s Parish, Ashford Drive, on Thursday, April 19th, at 9:30a.m. Interment to take place at later date.
