Fancey, Valerie (Noel)
January 24th, 1947 - April 25th, 2018

We are all saddened to announce the passing of our mother, Valerie Fancey (Noel), who passed away at the young age of 71 years from Glioblastoma Stage IV after a long, brave fight for a year since diagnosis. Valerie, Nan, Nanno, or Bubby, was loved and will be very much missed by her daughters Terri (Travis), Trina (Mike), Erica, and Erin (Matt); her grandchildren Stefan (Sharon), Chelsey (Laura), Mitchell (Sharni), Ethan, Dakota, Zachary, Tyler, Katrina, and Abbot; her great grandchildren Skyla, Ruben, Layla, and unborn great grandson; all her brothers and sisters, extended relatives, and many friends, and her grand fur babies. She wouldn't want us to forget them. Valerie loved spending time with her family, visiting her friends at Tim Horton's and knitting, crocheting and making crafts. She loved getting dressed up for the weekend hootenannies; she was always looking forward to socializing and jiving to her favorite bands. There will be a Celebration of Life at the Stellarton Legion (140 MacKay Street) in Nova Scotia on Saturday, August 11, 2018 beginning at 6:00 pm.
