LINACY - With heavy hearts the family of Jennifer Orpha Atwater, 37, Linacy, announce her passing, Wednesday, May 9, 2018 in the Aberdeen Hospital, New Glasgow.
Born in New Glasgow, she was a daughter of Douglas Roy and Joyce Patricia (MacKenzie) Atwater. Jennifer's innocence, beautiful smile and love of people was always demonstrated to everyone who visited the Atwater home. She will be greatly missed by all who loved her.
Surviving besides her parents are sisters, Shirley Atwater (Jackie DesJardins), Grand Falls, N.B.; Patti Blackman, Halifax; Margaret Atwater (David Buell), Amherst; brother, Stephen (Laurel Nash) Atwater, Victoria, B.C.; nieces and nephews, Sarah and Alexander Blackman, Aaron and Angela Atwater, Michael, Nathan, Devon and David Buell; many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Jennifer’s life will be celebrated privately.
The Atwater family greatly appreciate the sensitivity and kindness shown to them at this time. Joyce and family are eternally grateful to her brother, Phillip for his unwavering love and support.
