It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of a beloved son, brother and uncle, Jeremy Michael Kane, on May 18, 2018, aged 34. Predeceased by his mother Tammy Brockerville Bailey (2002). Leaving with fond and loving memories his dad and stepmom Gordon and Yvonne; sister Kristy (Robert) Hiscock; brother Adam; step-brother Michael (Gloria) Meehan; step-sister Shauna Meehan. Uncle Jeremy will be lovingly remembered by nephew Caden and nieces Avery, Alysia, Amelia and Ruby, as well as a large circle of extended family and friends, who will miss him dearly. At this time cremation has taken place and a private family service will be held. Donations in Jeremy’s memory may be made to the charity of one's choice.
