Passed peacefully away on June 7th, 2018 at the Dr. L.A Miller Centre. Predeceased by his parents Fred and Margaret “Nellie” Carter, brothers Edwin and wife Agnes, George and wife Lorraine, niece Shannon Breaker of PEI and nephew Charles Carter of NB. Leaving to mourn, brother Bryant and wife Betty, niece Karen and husband George Breaker, nephew Fred Carter, niece Dorothy and husband Tom Jones, niece Joy and husband Llewelyn Snow, close friends George Noel, Bill and Phui Coady, as well as his many friends at the Village Mall. Visitations will take place on Sunday, June 10th from 2 p.m. - 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. - 9 p.m. at Barrett’s Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Avenue. Funeral service will be held from Barrett’s Chapel on Monday, June 11th at 11 a.m., inurnment to follow at the Anglican Cemetery, Forest Road. No flowers by request, donation in Kenneth’s memory may be made to a charity of one’s choice or to the late Kenneth Carter estate, a decision of monetary disbursement will be made at a later date.
