Passed peacefully away on August 22, 2009 at the Glenbrook Lodge, Torbay Rd, Ivan Donald Maunder, age 82 years. Left with happy memories are dear wife, Patricia; son Gary and family Sandra, Stephenson, James, Daniel and Alison; daughter Deborah Pike and family Stewart, Andrea, Matt, and Lauren Chisholm, Jennifer Pike and Jesse Buchanan; dear sister Ruth Marshall and husband Cyril and family; sister-in-law Sheila Maunder and family; sister-in-law Ellie Maunder and family; Joe and Catherine Tracey and family, Tim Shears and Verna Pitcher and family. A special heartfelt thank-you goes to all the staff at the Glenbrook Lodge for their exceptional care and compassion. Resting at Barrett’s Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Ave. on Monday, August 24, 2009 from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. and Tuesday, August 25, 2009 from 10 a.m.to 12 noon. Service to be held from Barrett’s Chapel on Tuesday, August 25, 2009 at 2 p.m. Interment to follow at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery.
