It is with great sadness that the family of the late Florence Linstead announce her passing on Friday, May 18th, 2018 at the Labrador South Health Centre in Forteau at the age of 93 years. Leaving to mourn with loving memories are her two daughters; Linda and husband Silas Barney and Shirley and husband Ron Pike; son Melvin and wife Sheila; five grandchildren: Robert (Amy), Corie Lee (Kerry), Bradley (Cindy), Crissy (Alfred) and Stephen (Heather); 11 great- grandchildren, as well as other relatives and friends. Visitation took place from St. Paul's Anglican Church in L'Anse au Loup on Saturday, May 19th from where the funeral service was held on Sunday, May 20th at 2:00 p.m. Reverend Larkin and Reverend Moores officiated. Interment followed at the church cemetery. Funeral services were entrusted to Fillatre’s Funeral Homes Ltd.
