Card of Thanks: We the family of the late Bette MacIntyre, who passed away on July 7th, 2009 after a courageous battle with cancer, wish to express our sincere thanks to family and friends who visited our home, phoned, sent mass cards, sympathy cards, flowers, monetary donations and gifts of food. Thank you to the staff of the Cape Breton Cancer Centre, the VON nurses and Homecare and Palliative Care. A special thank you to Dr. Anne Frances D'Intino for her kindness and caring. Thank you to those who attended the wake and the funeral; also St. Theresa's choir, organist and altar servers A special thank you to Father Jim Oliver for the visits to Bette at home, the kindness shown to the family and the beautiful funeral mass. Thank you to the readers: Grandnieces, Epiphany Dober and Taylor LeRoux. Thank you to the pallbearers: grandson Nicholas Morrison, nephew Robbie MacNeil and good friends Vince Richardson and Joe Melski.
