The death occurred peacefully at his residence in St. Peters on Tuesday, August 25, 2009, of Charlie Milligan, age 77 years. Beloved husband of Edna (nee MacKinnon). Loving father of Bill (Lissa). Fondly remembered by grandchildren Kate, Kiya, Jacob and Lucas. Survived by brothers Foster (Etta), Stirling (Marge), Wyman (Velda), Frank (Jo) and sisters; Bernice and Joyce and many nieces and nephews, sisters-in-law Shirley Milligan and Bea Sherry. Predeceased by son Paul, brother Elmer, brothers-in-law Reg MacKinnon, Ernest Ramsay and Billy Sherry. Resting at the Dr. Roddie Community Center in St. Peters for visiting hours on Friday, August 28, 2009, 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. until funeral time. Funeral to be held at St. Peters Roman Catholic Church for funeral mass to be celebrated at 10:30 a.m., August 29, 2009. Interment in the church cemetery.
