The death occurred at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside, on Friday, May 20, 2011, of Helen “Dee Dee” Duncan of Miscouche, aged 82 years. Born in Summerside, she was the daughter of the late Theodore and Annie (Hashie) Gallant. Survived by her daughter Karen Duncan, Summerside; brother Wilfred “Bunny” (Dolly) Gallant, Summerside; and by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her sisters Alda Gallant, Thelma Gay, and Clarisse LaRose; and by her brother John Gallant. Resting at the Moase Funeral Home, Summerside. Interment later in St. Paul’s Cemetery, Summerside. No visiting hours by personal request. Memorial donations to Community Connections would be appreciated.
