BABINEAU, JEAN-MARC - 1967- 2011 - Jean-Marc Babineau, 43, of Sainte-Anne de Kent passed away suddenly on Sunday evening May 22nd, 2011 in the Renous area as a result of a motor vehicle accident. He was the common-law husband of Pauline Robichaud. Born in Bouctouche on July 29th, 1967 he was the son of Elmonde (LeBlanc) Babineau of Bouctouche and the late Alban Babineau. Jean-Marc was a general contractor and owned his company “JMB Construction”. He will be sadly missed by his common-law wife Pauline, his mother, and his eight siblings; Janice Melanson, Ginette Babineau (Louis) and Paulette Babineau (Butch) of Bouctouche, Linda Despres and Gisèle Babineau (Maurice) of Saint-Antoine, Francine Comeau (Pat) of Hamilton, ON, Joey and Timmy (Joanne) of Bouctouche. Jean-Marc was godfather to three; Sylvie, Shawn and Luc who will greatly miss him. He also leaves to mourn several nephews and nieces, and his two great friends and buddies, his dogs Buck and Sam.
Visitations will be held at Maillet Funeral Home, 29 rue de l’église, Bouctouche on Wednesday, May 25th, 2011 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 and on Thursday from 2 to 3:15 pm. Funeral Mass will be held at the Saint-Jean Baptiste Roman Catholic Church, Bouctouche on Thursday, May 26th, 2011 at 3:30 pm with internment in the Sainte-Anne de Kent parish cemetery.
