July 28, 1940 - August 25, 2009, passed away suddenly at the Health Sciences Centre, Thomas J. Follett, retired employee of St. John’s City Council, age 69. Predeceased by his parents, John and Bride Follett. Leaving to mourn his step-mother Joan Follett; brothers: Gerry (Marg), Richard (Barb), Don (Diane), James (Vi), Harry (Patsy), Robert, Edgar (Sharon), Dan (Helen); sisters: Frances Turner (Herb), Geraldine Sexton (Fred); 27 nieces and nephews, and a large circle of relatives and friends. Special thanks to the staff of St. Patrick’s Mercy Home. Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. Visitation Thursday, August 27th from 12 noon - 9 p.m. Funeral Mass on Friday, August 28th at 9:30 a.m. from St. Teresa's Church. Cremation to follow. Inurnment on Monday, August 31st, at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. No flowers by request. Donations in his memory may be made to the Parkinson’s Society or the Children’s Wish Foundation.
