STRICKLAND, BILL - Mr. Bill Strickland of Parlee Brook passed on May 25, 2011 at the age of 64. He was the son of the late William and Mary Strickland. Bill is survived by his wife Karen, his children, his brothers, sisters, three grandchildren; as well as several nieces and nephews and his dear friend Gerry Kyte and her husband Bill of Sussex. Bill was a Millwright with Potocan Ltd. until 1994 and was Past President of the Royal Canadian Legion Sussex Branch #20.
Arrangements are entrusted to the care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176). A Celebration of Bill’s life will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion, 66 Magnolia Ave, Sussex on Friday, May 27th from 1 to 3 followed by a Legion Tribute at 3:15.
