"Ed"
August 27, 1933 - May 24, 2011

After a long battle with cancer, Ed passed away peacefully with his loving wife Stella by his side.

Married for 53 years, Ed is survived by their children Cindy (Rick) of Salmon Arm, B.C., Mark (Anita) of Kelowna, B.C., Cheryl (Eric) of Port Coquitlam, B.C. and Kevin (Dina) of Kamloops, B.C.; twelve grandchildren: Shawn, Jeffrey, Jeremy, Courtney, Jason, Adam, Tyler, Cassandra, Jenessa, Ryan, Karla, Kaitlyn; and four great grandchildren.

He was predeceased by his grandson Jordan.

Ed was part of a large family of 17 and is survived by siblings Honora, Teria, Fran (Pete), and Pete (Bella).
A special thanks to all the staff at the Study program in Kelowna with a special mention to Dr. Finch and Debbie for their constant support and compassion for the past three years. Also thank you to the staff at Royal Inland Hospital in Kamloops, B.C. who made his last few days as comfortable as possible.

Prayers will be recited on Sunday, May 29, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. in the Holy Family Parish, 2797 Sunset Drive. The Reverend Father Fred Weisbeck will celebrate the Mass of Christian Burial at the Parish on Monday, May 30, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. Cremation to follow.
