Passed peacefully away in the presence of her loving family on November 18th, 2018 at the age of 103. Predeceased by her husband; Absalom Brown, brothers; Eli, Titus, & Jim, sisters; Becky, Gladys, Mary, and Hettie. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories her daughter; Gladys (Jesse Randell), brother; George (wife Bessie, deceased), grandchildren; Valerie & Heather (Kevin O’Grady), also her very special boy; great-grandson Kevin Jesse. As well as a large circle of family, friends, nieces, nephews, and extended relatives. The family would also like to extend a big thank you to the staff at the Agnes Pratt home for all of their care. Resting at Barrett’s Funeral Home, 73 Commonwealth Avenue on Tuesday, November 20th from 2:00pm – 9:00pm. A celebration of life will be conducted on Wednesday, November 21st at 2:00pm from Barrett’s Chapel, 73 Commonwealth Avenue, with interment to follow at the Anglican Cemetery, Kenmount Road. Flowers are graciously accepted, or donations can be made in her memory to the Agnes Pratt Home or to The Church of Ascension.
