Passed peacefully away August 28, 2009 after a valiant struggle with cancer, Frances Glynn, age 75. Predeceased by husband Jim, brothers Bill, Jack and Cec, sisters Lucy and Anne. Leaving to mourn sons Jim (Val), Gary (Sharon); daughters Amanda (Joe Day), Christine (Joe Dunphy); grandchildren Chad, Lawne, Beth, Suzette, Garrett, Jocelyn, Stephanie, Joey, Josh, Lee and Lindsey; great-grandchildren; brother Joe (Madeline), and sister (best friend) Jean Gordon; brother-in-law Gordon; sisters-in-law Mary Kiss and Betty Fritz; many nieces and nephews and a large circle of friends. In accordance with her wishes her remains have been offered to Memorial University's Faculty of Medicine. A memorial service to celebrate Frances' life will take place at a later date. Donations in her memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
