Born in Brockton on March 30, 1927, son of the late Jacob and Rita (MacArthur) Hardy. Husband of Agnes (Heffel) Hardy for 57 years. Father of Daryl (Elaine) Hardy, New Haven, Darlene (Greg) Higgins, Picton, Ont., and Dale Hardy, Kingston, Ont. Grandfather to Devin and Lauren Hardy, Graeme and Bradley Higgins. Brother of Gerald Hardy, Doris (Nick) Flaminio and Erma Smith. Brother-in-law of Hazel (Vernon) Stetson, Waldron (Joyce) Heffel, Linus (Fern) Heffell, Mary (Eric) Day, Wesley (Eileen) Heffel and Doug (Marg) Clarke. Nephew of Lulu Thomson, Verna Coulson, Helen Hardy. Also surviving are several nieces, nephews and cousins. Predeceased by brother, Murray Hardy, sisters-in-law, Myrna Clarke and Roma Hardy. By personal request no visitation or funeral service. Private Family Committal Service will be held.
