The death occurred at the Prince County Hospital on Saturday, May 28, 2011, of Margaret June Mitchell of 190 Howatt St., Borden-Carleton, aged 79 years.
Born in Moncton, New Brunswick on March 24, 1932, Margaret was a daughter of the late George Mitchell and Daisy Belle MacMillan. Mother of Danny (Joanne) Glencross of St. Catherine's, Ontario; sister of Harry Mitchell, Moncton, N.B.; special friend of Reg Noonan of Borden-Carleton and grandmother of Jennifer Marshall and Rebecca Glencross. Also survived by great-grandchildren Austin, Nicholas, Cholee, Bailey and Regan and by several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents she is predeceased by a brother, Fred Mitchell.
Resting at Lawless Funeral Home, Kinkora. Visiting hours Thursday, June 2, 6 to 9 p.m. only. Funeral will be held on Friday, June 3, at St. Peter's Church, Seven Mile Bay, with funeral mass at 10 a.m. Interment will be later in Moncton, N.B.
