The death occurred at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside, on Saturday, February 2, 2019, of Barbara (Milligan) Douglas - Hiscock, of Summerside, aged 80 years. Born in Summerside, she was the daughter of the late James and Wilna (Toombs) Milligan. Survived by her husband Art Hiscock; children Michael (Ingrid) Douglas and Deborah Douglas (Andy Ormiston); a grandson Torrin Douglas; her sister Margaret Ross; brothers-in-law Rev. Paul Batchilder and Kenneth Douglas; numerous nieces and nephews; and by her large extended Hiscock Family. Predeceased by her first husband William Douglas; infant daughter Cheryl Ann Douglas; sisters Elizabeth (Arthur) Stobbs and Susan Batchilder; brothers James (Dianne) Milligan and Thomas Milligan; brother-in-law Donald Ross; and by her sisters-in-law Marlene (Bill) Dawes and Agnes Douglas. Resting at the Moase Funeral Home, Summerside, where funeral service will be held on Thursday at 1:00 p.m. Interment later in the Freeland United Church Cemetery, Freeland.
