On Tuesday, May 31, 2011 Nathan Samuel Gold passed away at Ponderosa Lodge at the age of 95 years.

He is survived by his two daughters Joanne Ferraro and Linda Gold both of Kamloops; three grandchildren Anthony, Amanda and Adina.

He was predeceased by his wife Hilda in October 1995 and son Barry in May 1997.

Nathan was born in Montreal on April 23, 1916. He served in the Canadian Air Force during WWII. It was during this time that he met and married Hilda. They raised their family in Montreal and retired to B.C. in 1972. Nathan has made his home in Kamloops since 1991. He will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him.
