Passed peacefully away at the Palliative Care Unit of the L. A. Miller Centre May 29, 2011, Bernard James Myrick of Port Blandford, formerly of St. John’s, aged 71 years. Left with cherished memories his loving wife, Gerry Campbell, two sons: Sean (Gina) and Mark (Kim); daughter, Allison; six precious grandchildren: Mason, Lara, Jenny, Reegan, Eva and Liam; two sisters: Maureen Howse (Mike) and Lynn Marie Hickey (Bruce), along with nieces, nephews and other relatives as well as a multitude of dear friends. Visitation taking place at Carnell’s Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road, Wednesday and Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held from St. Pius X Parish on Friday June 3, 2011 at 9:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations in Bernard’s memory may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
